Our plans do not tie you to use us or anyone else as your toll provider. Plans marked with a speed of Max will run at the highest speed possible on your line.

ADSL is charged by the amount of data you use per month and the speed. The following table outlines the charges for home and business broadband connections:

A fixed IP address can be arranged for an additional $15 per month.

ADSL Broadband is an additional service on your existing telephone line. Once the service is installed on your phone line, we will provide a ADSL modem to connect you computer to the service. The Packing Shed can provide a single port ADSL modem for free. You can opt for a 4-port modem or a wireless modem for an additional charge.

There is no connection fee for a standard installation, this requires the use of line filters for any phones connected to the same phone line.

A wiring install is also available for $140 which doesn't require line filters for other phones and has a separate wall socket for the jetstream connection. A wiring install may be required if a standard installation fails.

Existing customers on old plans can change to the new plans, but can also remain on their existing plans if they prefer.
